Description
Dana Server is a flexible Digital Audio Network Appliance (Dana) designed for the professional audio market. In today’s world of increasing call for customizable I.T solutions, DSP4YOU answers the needs of customers looking for plug & play solutions. Based on a server + plug-in architecture, Dana enables customization for both hardware and software. A simple philosophy that you could summarize to: “Pick and choose for the features you need”. From the removeable analog/digital I/O cards to our pre-built DSP plug-ins, Dana server fits a wide range of applications from a simple BGM system to a large distributed audio network.
Designed to leverage existing I.T. infrastructure, Dana utilizes switched Ethernet as its transport channel for both audio and control data. The end result is greater scalability and simplicity which translates into cost savings. At the core of Dana’s innovative technology lies the development of a module based on the latest IEEE Audio Video Bridging (AVB) standards. Capable of streaming multiple uncompressed and synchronized audio channels over Ethernet, Dana series offers a superior quality of sound on an I.T friendly platform. The embedded full featured Linux OS and powerful SHARC IC (2.4Gflops) will not let you down , DSP4YOU brings to the table a whole new range of features directly from the I.T world. Dana Server’s Flash based web interface based and the SSL secure connectivity are just some examples of how Dana sits well among I.T. piers. Over are the days of worrying about OS compatibility, a web browser is all it takes to control Dana over the network, over a Wifi link or from the comfort of your office.
